There are some cracking pubs nearby including The Red Lion in Drayton, The Fish and The Swan in Sutton Courteney. Regular bus services run to and from Abingdon, Oxford and Wantage and of course this area is a commuter’s dream with Didcot Parkway railway station offering services to London Paddington in approximately 45 minutes just 4.2 miles away.

If bracing walks through the Oxfordshire countryside are your thing you’ll love the miles of footpaths along which to trudge. Drayton Village has a pre-school and primary school and local state schools including UTC Didcot and Didcot Girls’ School are well regarded.
