When it comes to outside space, it's as important - and to some buyers more important - as your inside space.
2: Add 'work from home' potential
Many companies now realise that most people appreciate the ability to work from home, and space for home offices has become increasingly added to buyers' wishlists.
Our suggestion: Have you got an office space, or at least a corner you can carve out to add a little desk? Can you present in a way that allows a buyer to imagine themselves working there? Portray the work-from-home lifestyle, by adding attractive office accessories, a laptop and even a cup of coffee, so your online advert attracts a buyer.
3: Increase value potential
As the world economy begins to open up once again, many homebuyers are understandably a little cautious about their next purchase. Naturally, they want to make sure your home is a safe investment for them, and their family. The more comfortable they are that your home is worth the asking price, the higher and more solid their offer will be.
Our suggestion: Make a list of any alterations, changes or improvements a buyer could make to your home, that could potentially add value to it in the future.
